This association type sets the cardinality for a given field on a particular topic type.

Used as follows:

on:has-cardinality(TT : on:topic-type
                   F  : on:field, 
                   C  : on:cardinality,
                   [RT : on:role-type])

Note that the on:role-type role is only present if F is an association type.
